Abstract: In the modern information society, in which new criteria of progress are emerging at a rate unprecedented in history, technical innovations based on the extraordinary creative power
of artificial intelligence are clearly and rapidly becoming an integral part of our lives, bringing
civilization to an even higher level of development. At this stage, artificial intelligence as a new
reality asserts itself as the main factor ensuring intellectual, technical, cultural and mental wellbeing.
It also guarantees brilliant successes in the scientific and technical, socio-cultural, economic
and spiritual-moral spheres of our life. The development of artificial intelligence, in the form of
machines and a new generation of smart robots, in the very near future promises a change in the
socio-economic, mental-intellectual and cultural image of global society and a foundation on
structural elements, qualitatively consisting of new ideals and high content. The steady penetration
of machines and a new generation of smart robots into all spheres of human society life involve a
certain process of establishing the economic power of the intellectual elite, which, on the wave of
rapid development of technological progress, ICT and artificial intelligence, has acquired high
technical knowledge. In such a system of relations, which is characterized as technocracy, the
introduction of smart technologies into all areas of human life – production, science, education,
everyday life, the service sector and the management system – is of particular importance. The
article presents the trends of smart technologies development at the new stage of public life. A
number of factors influencing the development of smart robots, and especially the process of
introducing new mechanisms for natural language processing into this industry, as well as the
goals and nature of adequate measures that give a new impetus to the development of smart
technologies are the main motives of the article.
